Abbiamo amato questo tour!! Erich, la guida, è una persona simpaticissima e ultra preparata, in coppia perfettamente con l’autista che ci ha accompagnato per tutta la giornata, grazie di cuore! Il tour permette di accedere a luoghi che diversamente potreste vedere, la giornata è studiata perfettamente in ogni minimo dettaglio per cui non vi perderete nulla; abbiamo scelto di pranzare (€12 a testa), si tratta di un pranzo a buffet davvero buonissimo, consiglio assolutamente di usufruirne! Servizio di prelievo accurato e preciso, ottima esperienza!

Prima dagbesteding. In 1 dag zie je veel van het eiland. De bus was comfortabel en de gids vertelde veel. Helaas was niet alles te verstaan doordat de airco hard stond te blazen maar daarmee zat je wel heerlijk koel :) Al met al een mooie ervaring die prima geregeld was. Goede communicatie ook vanuit de organisatie, aanrader dus! Ondanks deze ervaring op de dag zelf wel een punt van verbetering richting de organisatie: we hadden de reis in de verkeerde taal geboekt en hierover contact gehad met de organisatie. We moesten annuleren en herboeken. Door de betalingswijze hadden we tijdelijk dubbele kosten. Op zich allemaal geen probleem (terugbetaling ging vlot) maar wat ons verbaasde was dat de reis vervolgens in 3 talen (waaronder de oorspronkelijk geboekte taal) werd gesproken. Omboeken had ons inziens dus geen meerwaarde maar kostte zowel ons maar ook de organisatie tijd. Maar zoals gezegd de oorsprong ligt in onze fout, meer dus een tip richting de organisatie ter verbetering

The tour was interesting, and Alejandro did an amazing job keeping us well informed in 3 languages! The tour was advertised as visiting a local winery which we were hoping to do, but this never happened and there was no explanation. Also we were on the bus for 1h 40 mins doing pick ups and didn't start the tour until 10am. There should be a better way to do the pick ups.

Everything was ok, top marks for the guide, very kind and with good energy, guiding in four languages is A trait of a true professional. A small complaint about the duration of each part of the tour. They could all have been a little longer. It feels like we are just rushing through certain locations. Very good grade at the end. Stev.

Nuestra guia Cristina ha sido muy agradable. Destacaria que, para una mejor experiencia, el tour no debe exceder de dos idiomas ya que en tres hace que no pueda profundizar en sus explicaciones.

Would have been great to have got a bit closer to the volcanos. We thought we were going to a vineyard but ended the trip at jameous del agua, which was beautiful but left us confused. The coaches were very nice and tour guides friendly.

Sorry all the nearly 90 mins in the morning before the tour started was a little too long. I am in awe of the tour guide on the coach, knowledgeable friendly and able to speak three languages, unfortunately sometimes the talks merged in to one and sometimes to make three versions s of the tour fit into the speed of the bus compared to the location of the object talked about didn’t match and we missed things. The bonus was on return we were one of the first dropped off. Thank you for a good day.

Uns hätte es besser gefallen wenn die Tour höchstens zweisprachig geführt würde. Bei uns wurde dreisprachig begleitet und das war sehr anstrengend und manchmal unmöglich zu folgen.

Guide very comprehensive but spoke in 3 languages without clear breaks between languages and delivery was rather too quick, so comprehension was somewhat impaired. Very impressive volcanic mid-tour as - really impressive and very well driven by our coach driver. The Jameos del Aqua was most beautiful if not completely natural. Marks : 8/10 well done. ✔️

Die Tour war sehr gut und informativ. In unserem Fall war die Zeit beim Essen kürzer als beim Jameos de Agua, was beim essen etwas stressig war. Die Tour war aber sonst absolut super.

Dedicarle más tiempo al lenguaje castellano,que al inglés.Escuchar las traducciones al inglés hacen del trayecto en el bus una tortura. El bus de regreso,a pasado por delante del hotel Beatriz playa,y no han tenido la amabilidad ,la atención de parar para dejarnos( dos personas ) Cuestión de medio minuto.

Doing this tour of Lanzarote was the best part of our trip. We learned so much and got to see so many important highlights in only one day. Our guide Ramila has an amazing energy, and she was funny and thorough with the facts and anecdotes about the island. I totally recommend this tour to everyone who’s only for a few days on the island and wants to see the true Lanzarote (beyond the all inclusive hotels)

Overall, great trip, loved the way it was organised, covering the main highlights of the island!!! I liked our knowledgeable guide, who shared a detailed history of an island with us - particularly I liked the history of lanzatote volcanic formations. I wish we had a bit more time in Timanfaya Park and an opportunity to walk around there, rather than going through it by bus. Otherwise great trip and highly recommend you to go!

Excellente expérience en compagnie de notre guide francophone Nicole! Nous avons pu découvrir en grande majorité l’île de Lanzarote, les lieux visités étaient très bien. Super immersion dans le bus lors de la visite du parc de Timanfala. Nous recommandons vivement cette excursion !

Erich, Just a quick message to say how pleased we all were on the Grand Tour of Lanzarote. The tour was for the whole day and covered a good part of the island of Lanzarote, the highlight of which was the national park. There were seven of us in our group, including one child and we all had a great time. We stopped off for lunch in a fabulous restaurant where we had a buffet, which was delicious and worth every cent. The coach, the driver and Erich were all first class and made the event perfect! Erich had a perfect command of English and was very funny as well as being informative and the driver kept us safe at all times. Thank you for your service, hope to see you again sometime! Nice trip, visiting the most important spots. La Geria didn’t add much: we made a 20 min stop, but were only inside for two minutes. Quick drink and want outside for the bus to leave. BUt I can recommend the tour!

We did the grand tour of Lanzarote and it was a lovely trip with a perfect guide. Our one recommendation would be to spend a little less time early on (camel rides, for example) and more time on the lovely wineyards and the jameos del agua. However maybe that's just a suggestion to do a different itinerary! Everything else was lovely.

Great trip. Very informative and well run. Our tour guide, Erich, was excellent very fun, friendly and helpful. Not to mention that he spoke at least 3 languages! And our driver Diego was very good. Mask wearing on the coach was mandatory, which is very good. Would highly recommend.

Zeer leuke tour en een hele goede gids. Het commentaar in de bus was slecht te horen bovenin. Er werd ook niet gecontroleerd op gebruik van mondkapjes. De tour door het nat. Park was het hoogtepunt. Het bezoek aan de wijngaard mag geschrapt worden. Alleen voor verkoopdoeleinden. Wijnproeverij was groot woord (je kon net aan je lippen nat maken). Jammer van de regen de hele dag maar daar kon niemand wat aan doen.

The two excursions we did were perfect, both in Fuerteventura and Lanzarote. The guide gave very good explanations and the day passed quickly and with a very good experience.
